Vibranium Gaming Center built the Vibranium app to support our venue community ecosystem. This service is provided by Vibranium and is intended for use as-is to handle matchmaking, accounts, and loyalty rewards.

Account Data: We collect your name, phone number, and account username when you register to verify identity and match you with gaming stations.
Session Data: The app processes your real-time seat assignment, active playtime, and loyalty tier rankings to sync directly with center hardware.

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We only utilize industry-standard tools that strictly comply with mobile ecosystem standards.

Google Play Services: Used for core app distribution and security components.
Firebase: Used for secure user authentication, database operational synchronization, and push notifications relating to station queues.

3. Data Deletion & User Rights

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal account data at any time.

Deletion Requests: You have the right to request the deletion of your account information. You can initiate this request directly within the profile settings or by contacting an on-site manager.
Retention: Upon verification, your profile identifier data will be permanently removed from our synchronization databases.

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
